1) The doors should be placed on 256 x 256 "frames" that should be placed on the walls by creating a brush that is256x256x16 and adding (instead of subtracting which is what you normally do to create a room). If you do that you should not have any problems with the textures duplicating or being to large to see without looking up.

2) You need a really big study room with lots of player starts so everbody doesn't spawn at the same place.

3) Your rooms should be much bigger, at least as big as the latest maps that I posted http://edufrag.blogspot.com/2005/10/orgofrag004lewisnewman.html

4) The reasons we started using teleports is that
a) you can't peek through
b) you don't have to worry about lighting on the other side of the door that used to give away the correct answer.
Can you think of another way to solve both those problems in a simpler way than teleports?

5) With the full version you don't have to limit yourself to the sequential room order. A true door can give health, weapons, ammo and a false one can still kill. But we probably should have one sequential version like you are making to directly compare the effect of adding competition.

6) When you upload, put a folder for the bitmaps, a folder for the textures, a folder for the map and a readme file so the whole thing is self contained with instructions as a single zip.
